How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding German public holidays) after payment confirmation.

What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer the following shipping options:

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
First, please check your tracking number. If the delivery estimate has passed or the tracking seems stuck, please contact us at help@liebeswagen.com with your order number, and we will investigate it for you.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Is there a restocking fee?
No! We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order on our website.
